Terms & Cancellation.

Booking terms for safaris, transfers, accommodation and Iten travel arranged by ELMAG SAFARIS.

In short. Every trip is quoted individually on WhatsApp. The quotation and your booking confirmation set out the price, deposit, balance date and cancellation terms for your trip, and they apply once you accept them.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern bookings made with ELMAG SAFARIS, Iten, Elgeyo Marakwet County, Kenya. Trading name: ELMAG SAFARIS. Contact: elmagsafaris@gmail.com, +254 717 635 727.

2. Quotations and prices

Safari prices are quoted individually because they depend on the season, the number of travellers, accommodation choices and park fees in force at the time of travel. Please pay only to the account details given in those documents, and confirm them with us by phone if you are unsure.

4. Cancellation by the traveller

Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation scale and the point at which a booking becomes non-refundable are stated in your written quotation and booking confirmation, because they depend on the lodges, parks and suppliers booked for your trip. Please read them before you pay.

12. Complaints

Tell your driver-guide or our office as soon as a problem arises — most things can be fixed on the day. Written complaints should be sent to elmagsafaris@gmail.com as soon as possible after the end of your trip, so that we can look into it while details are fresh.
